Steven is a senior talent development and organizational capability practitioner with more than 20 years experience leading learning and development teams, domestically and internationally.
His expertise and thought leadership are particularly evident in the following areas: learning strategy development for multi-national enterprises, leadership development, sales training, customer service, change management and mobile performance support (mPS).
His cross-industry, multi-national experience has equipped him with deep familiarity in: retail, financial services, technology, pharma, and packaged goods.
Known for his thought leadership and innovation, Steven is a recipient of multiple industry awards, including a 2014 Canadian Award for Training Excellence. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster and Prosci Change Management Certified.
